VIENNA - The Austrian team championship finished this week with the title for Pottendorfer Billard Sportclub, in which Marin Horn is the leading player. The team captured the title in Austria for the third time after wins in the 2012 and 2020 seasons. Pottendorfer won the last match 8-0 over the Wiener Billard Assoziation, Martin Horn on the number 1 positin was the better of Arnim Kahofer 40-13 in 15 innings. The other victories came from Herbert Szivacz against Karl Makik (40-30 in 27), Dominik Nebuda against Michael Hikl (34-23 in 50) and Alexander Weiss against Andreas Simperler.
The champions team also played in this competition with Dion Nelin, who showed up in a total of three games, and Tay Dien Truong. Martin Horn played four matches with the team and finished on average on top of the league with 8 match points out 4 and 1.667 average. Dion Nelin took 4 out of 3 and 1.388 on average.

Second place in the final standings was for BC Elite from Vienna. Thanks to a 6-2 away victory over Billardsportklub Favoriten, the Elite team secured a ticket for the 'Coupe d'Europe' for teams, which will be played at the Estadio do Dragao in Porto, Portugal, from 4 to 9 July.
