Dallinga wins derby on three tables

ZUNDERT - The fumble of Glenn Hoffman in his match against Kees Wittens could not endanger the final result for Dallinga/Frans Bevers. Jan Kikken’s team can get ready for the semi finals tomorrow (20.30). TOVV.nl/MCR qualified earlier today for the final battle.

Dallinga/Frans Bevers defeated the other Zeeland team, Landswelvaren, in the last group match on three tables. Glenn Hoffman was the only one from the team who made a misstep: he lost 2-1 against Kees Wittens.

Frédéric Caudron dazzled off to the finish with a spacious 3-0 against Francis Forton (15-14, 15-10, 15-3). In three parties Caudron made 125 caroms in 63 innings, only one carom down for two average.

Eddy Leppens and Jean Paul de Bruijn secured victory for their team against Henk Habraken and Ronnie Daniels.
The last group match is decisive for the second place in this group. Holland Mineraal needs a win against Hultermans to come up to the semis.
