DOUARNENEZ - The experts in the classical disciplines will come into action in the Coupe D'Europe for teams from Thursday 27 March to Sunday 30 March. The tournament is played in Douarnenez, where the team featuring Raymund Swertz, Marek Faus, Grégory Le Deventec and Louis Edelin is the title holder. Dutch multi-winner Swertz had a strong period in the classical types: he became Dutch champion in one cushion, 71/2 and 47/2 in barely three months.
The home team can expect strong opposition from Douai-Carvin with Belgians Frédéric Caudron and Patrick Niessen and Frenchmen Pascal Dessaint and Alain Remond.
The cross-finals and final will be played on Sunday 30 March, the final at 3.30pm. The matches will be broadcast live by Kozoom.
