SEOUL - The player lists for the PBA and LPBA who play the Korean Professional 'World Championship' have been announced. They are the men’s and ladies players who will contest the final event of this 5th season. The 32 best male and female players from the season over 9 tournaments meet for the ultimate prize from March 8 to 17, 2024!
These prizes are: 400 million South Korean won (€276,000) for the men, 150 million (€104,000) for the women. The winner will take home 138,000 euro and the female winner 48,300 euro.For the final, 18 Korean players are qualified: Dong-koong Kang, Byeong-ho Kim, Jae-guen Kim, Ki-ho Park, In-su Park, Hyun-min Seo, Jung-ju Shin, Sang-pil Eom, Tae-jun Oh, Sang-dae Lee, Sang-yong Lee, Sung-kyun Yim, Keon-hwi Cho, Jae-ho Cho, Sung-won Choi, Won-jun Choi, Dong-woo Han and Hyung-bum Hwang.
Furthermore, 4 Spaniards with Juan David Zapata, Antonio Montes, Javier Palazón and David Martinez, 4 Turks with Murat Naci Coklu, Lütfi Cenet, Semih Sayginer and Birol Uymaz, 4 Vietnamese with Ma Minh Cam, Ngo Dinh Nai, Quoc Nguyen Nguyen and Phuong Linh Nguyen, 1 Belgian , Eddy Leppens and 1 Japanese, Yusuke Mori.

Ranking leader Javier Palazon won €106,000 this season, while 32nd-placed Phuong Minh Nguyen took €10,000.

The number one in the LPBA rankings won 44,000 euros, while Ma-rie Lee collected 3,600 euros in 32nd place.
Orie Hida is 41st and Namiko Hayashi 44th out of a total of 167 players this season.
