Are you a player and you had your match streamed LIVE on Kozoom ? In that case we can offer you an interesting feature;
Kozoom records your match every time it will be shown LIVE in combination with the Kozoom Livescoring system. Matches will automatically end up in your private gallery in your Kozoom account. This applies for matches which were LIVE on Kozoom in the past year but also those who take place in the future. This we have been testing in the background (Beta) for over one year now and has already been implemented on our Pool website. Now the time has come that caromplayers can also review their matches.
How does it work:
Kozoom needs to link your member account to the official player profile and livescore ID. For some players this has already been established. You can easily check this by logging in and visiting your player profile and clicking the ‘Players videos” tab.
If you want to subscribe to this feature*….
- Make sure you are registered on Kozoom
- After logging in contact Kozoom through the support service, choose the “Link Recording Feature” and ask for activation.
* Kozoom can ask you to proof your identity if it’s confusing, suspicious or incorrect.
* A Premium Pas is required to watch your matches in your private gallery. With a 1 Year subscription it’s possible to download your match. Download is for private purpose/use only. Sharing these videos on social networks requires the authorization through Kozoom.
* All videos will be accessible 24/7.
* Kozoom cannot guarantee the feature to be faultless, local issues like internet outages or server issues can influence the recording. Videoquality is identical to the livestream.
* Another advantage of this feature is that you can update your offical Kozoom Player Profile yourself.
