MEXICO CITY - The Mexican player Javier Vera has taken the Mexican three-cushion title in his country for the fourth consecutive time. He finished in the championship, which was held in Mexico City, ahead of Luis Lopez. Four players qualified for the Pan American championships in Lima, Peru in August.
The tournament was played with 81 players from fifteen different cities.
