Danielle le Bruyn takes title in Belgium

HALLE-ZOERSEL - Danielle le Bruyn has taken the ladies three cushion title in Belgium in her own billiard center De Ploeg in Halle-Zoersel. She remained unbeaten in the battle with four other ladies, Jaimie Buelens (who finished second), Karolien Matthys, Sandra de Letter and Sandra Verbruggen.

The champion won her matches over 30 caroms with averages of 0.560, 0.681, 0.600 and 0.500, which was good for 0.582 overall.
Jaimie Buelens of BC Coloma won two matches, against Sandra Verbruggen and Karolien Matthys, lost against Danielle le Bruyn (25-23 in 50 innings) and surprisingly vs Sandra de Letter, one of the two newcomers in the championship.

Both Danielle le Bruyn and Jaimie Buelens finished over 0.500 average. Sandra Verbruggen, the last in the ranks, did not succeed to win a match.
