Ruslan Chinakhov (RUS) creamed Denis Grabe (EST) with 9:4 and will play tomorrow in the single elimination stage.

For a long time, Chinakhov was not able to score at a Euro-Tour event. Maybe the Dynamic Billiards European Open changes that for him. He started out at a tremendous speed and took a quick 5:0 lead over Grabe. Grabe missed the early phase of the match and never got the chance to get back. Chinakhov's performance was simply too strong for him today.

Tomorrow's round of the final 16 players starts at 10:00 local time. Together with them, the first round of the women's tournament will begin.
